That includes a visual design of your whole website or digital product which pays attention to your brand, the colour and aesthetics, spacing and layout, typography and overall graphical design of what your users interact with.
UX and UI overlaps heavily, and you could say that work within user experience informs decisions made in the design process of creating the UI. Working with user interfaces also comes down to following guidelines and best practices. It could be optimal spacing between a button and some text, to optimize for each interaction on any mobile devices.
In turn, UI specifications is what informs developers on what to develop. It provides the blueprint for the website or product that needs building.
In short, you could say that user experience informs user interface, which in turn informs development.
